芦席斜纹织物的改进设计及其性能分析

Improved Design and Property Analyses of Interlacing Twill Fabric

总结芦席斜纹织物的改进设计方法,并测试了其性能。设计了三种芦席斜纹织物,介绍了各自的组织图、织物CAD模拟效果等;对三种芦席斜纹织物进行了试织;分析了目测与手感的特性;在KES-FB上对三种织物的风格进行了测试与评定。结果表明:改进设计的芦席斜纹在光滑、匀整度及厚度不匀率等方面具有较好的提高。认为:设计的织物可以用于装饰织物和服装织物。

The improved design method of interlacing twill fabric was summarized and its properties were tested. Three kinds of interlacing twill fabrics were designed and their organization charts, fabric CAD simulation effects were introduced. Three kinds of interlacing twill fabrics were woven, the property of visual inspection and hand feel were analyzed. The style of the three fabrics was tested and evaluated on KES-FB. The results showed that the improved design of interlacing twill fabric had better improvements in smoothness, evenness and uneven thickness. It is considered that designed fabrics can be used as decorate fabrics and apparel fabrics.
