摘要
探讨热流式织物凉感测试仪的研制及其测试效果。通过模拟人体接触织物的实际传热过程,采用热流传感器和恒温热源一体化的设计思路,研制了热流式织物凉感测试仪。基于热流式凉感测试仪的热流密度-时间曲线,采用接触瞬间热流密度最大值、接触瞬间织物吸热量、稳态热流密度三个指标对织物凉感进行评价。结果表明:织物凉感测试仪的灵敏度高、测试精度和重现性都较好。认为:热流式织物凉感测试仪能够较好地用于织物凉感测试。
The development and test effectiveness of the heat flow fabric coolness tester were discussed. By simulating the actual heat transfer process of the human body contacting the fabric,the design idea of integrating the heat flow sensor and the constant temperature heat source was used. The heat flow fabric coolness tester was developed. Based on the heat flux density-time curve of the heat flow fabric coolness tester, three indexes of con tact maximum transient heat flux density, contact transient fabric heat absorption and steady heat flux density were used to evaluate the fabric cooling sensation. The results showed that the fabric cooling sensor had higher sensitivity, better test accuracy and reproducibility. It is considered that the heat flow fabric coolness tester can be better used for fabric cooling sensation test.
