小学生课外辅导机构的师资现状

摘要 国内课外辅导机构数量众多,其中相当一部分机构面向小学生开展文化课辅导。本文以小学生课外辅导机构的师资现状为研究内容,以实证调查为依据,指出小学生课外辅导机构师资存在的问题,并分析导致问题的原因,从两个方面提出具体建议:辅导机构应加强自身建设、改进教师聘用制度、完善教师培养体系;政府及主管部门应进一步加大监管力度、制定相关教师管理制度。在教育主管部门加大监察、整改力度的今天,这方面的问题值得高度关注。
