How to apply big data thinking and technology,objectively restore the real life situation of poor students,and effectively carry out accurate fund-raising work,help the poor minority college students in school,guarantee the opportunities for poor families to receive higher education,and social harmony and stability in Xinjiang Development has far-reaching practical significance.
