随着教学评估与测试领域的发展,单一的终结性教学评价模式已不再适应现代教育模式及人才培养的需要,形成性评价模式弥补了这一不足。通过对形成性评价及有效反馈的介绍,在对有效反馈的指导原则、作用及特征进行分析的基础上,对形成性评价过程中如何作出有效反馈提出建议。

With the development of teaching evaluation and testing,a single final teaching evaluation model no longer adapts to the needs of modern education mode and talent training. The formative evaluation model makes up for this deficiency. Based on the introduction of formative evaluation and effective feedback,based on the analysis of the guiding principles,functions and characteristics of effective feedback,suggestions are made on how to make effective feedback in the process of formative evaluation.
