At present,building a knowledge-sharing library culture is a key form to promote the development of libraries,and it is an effective form to improve the comprehensive service level and innovation ability of libraries. This paper expounds the significance of building a knowledge-sharing library culture and proposes an effective way to build a knowledge-sharing library.
