实验室是培养创新人才的基地,是科技的摇篮,是社会服务的窗口,是高等院校的标志性建筑[1]。护理学基础是一门以实验为基础的学科,实验室是提高护理教育质量的重要载体。因此,必须对其进行科学管理,加强实验室建设,完善各种管理制度,加强对实验人员的思想教育,增强工作责任心,从各方面调动实验员的积极性,全面提高实验教学质量。

The laboratory is the base for cultivating innovative talents,the cradle of technology,the window of social services,and the landmark of colleges and universities[1]. The foundation of nursing is an experimental-based discipline,and laboratories are an important vehicle for improving the quality of nursing education. Therefore,it is necessary to carry out scientific management,strengthen laboratory construction,improve various management systems,strengthen ideological education for experimental personnel,enhance work responsibility,mobilize the enthusiasm of laboratory personnel from all aspects,and comprehensively improve the quality of experimental teaching.
