摘要
文章基于EPC总承包项目设计管控的重要性,从进度与质量管理两方面,探讨了EPC总承包项目的设计管控重点和方法,并结合钦州马莱大道项目设计优化实例,阐述了EPC总承包项目的设计管控效果。
Based on the importance of design control in EPC general contracting project,this article discussed the key points and methods for the design control of EPC general contracting project from the aspects of progress and quality management,then described the design control effectiveness of EPC general contracting projects in combination with design optimization example of Qinzhou Malai Avenue project.
