摘要 文章采用差热分析DSC试验分析复合增效剂作用机理及其对沥青性能的影响,确定了复合增效剂的熔融温度和试验生产推荐温度;针对复合增效剂的低温增粘、高温降粘的特点,设计了两种复合增效型沥青混合料(MAC-10和MAC-13),并采用N92%压实度的旋转次数比对复合增效剂的降温特性进行了研究;通过室内试验对复合增效型沥青混合料的路用性能进行评价,结果表明复合增效型沥青混合料与同类产品相比材料组成更简单,施工更便捷,且造价更低,对高速公路薄层养护工程具有更好的适用性和推广价值。 This article used Differential Scanning Caloriemetry(DSC)test to analyze the function mechanism of compound synergist and its effect on asphalt performance,and determined the melting temperature of compound synergist and the recommended temperature for test production;regarding the features of compound synergist such as low-temperature viscosity-increasing and high-temperature viscosity-reduction,it designed two types of compound-synergistic asphalt mixtures(MAC-10 and MAC-13),and studied the cooling characteristics of compound synergist by using N92% compaction degree as rotation times;through the indoor test,it evaluated the road performance of compound-synergistic asphalt mixture.The results showed that the compound synergistic asphalt mixture has a simpler material composition,more convenient construction,and lower cost compared to similar products,and has better applicability and promotion value in expressway thin-layer maintenance engineering.
