This article analyzed the problems existing in the cost management of mechanized construction of highway projects,proposed corresponding solutions,and used the model quantitative analysis method to evaluate the mechanized construction cost management effects of highway projects,hoping to provide reference for the mechanized construction cost management work of highway projects.
