Opportunities and Challenges of Investment Business for Road and Bridge Construction Enterprises under New Situation

路桥施工企业以往大多以施工业务为主,在新形势下转型升级势在必行,其中,投资业务的增加是转型升级的一种重要途径。文章对我国近年PPP项目的发展历程和国家政策导向进行分析,结合施工企业在投资领域的优势和弱势,介绍了路桥施工企业投资项目择与实施方案,分析了在投资中面临的政策性、融资、工期、投资款回收等潜在风险,并提出了相应的风险防控措施。

In the past,the road and bridge construction enterprises mostly focused on construc- tion operations,but it is imperative to upgrade and transform under the new situation,among them, the increase in investment business is an important way of transformation and upgrading.This article analyzed the development process and national policy orientation of PPP projects in recent years in China.Then,combining the advantages and disadvantages of con- struction enterprises in the investment field,it introduced the investment project selection and implementation plans of road and bridge construction enterprises,analyzed the potential risks in the investment such as policy,financing ,construction period ,and investment fund recovery, and proposed corresponding risk prevention and control measures.
