摘要
文章以教育部直属高校为研究对象,首先运用DEA和超效率DEA模型对高校图书馆的服务绩效进行了评价,然后采用Tobit回归模型对图书馆服务绩效的影响因素进行了分析。研究结果表明,不同类型高校之间绩效水平差距较大,理工类高校图书馆服务绩效普遍高于综合类高校;办公费用、高级职称员工比例和电子资源购置费比例对高校图书馆服务绩效的影响较为显著,而可借阅期限、可借阅册数、周开馆小时数、博士员工比例和纸质资源购置比例对高校图书馆服务绩效的影响则不太显著。
Making the universities directly under the Ministry of Education as the research objects,this paper firstly evaluates the libraries service performance with DEA and super efficiency DEA model,and then analyzes the influencing factors of libraries service performance with Tobit regression model. The results show that there is a big gap between the performance levels of different types of universities,and the service performance of science and engineering universities libraries is generally higher than that of comprehensive universities. The office expense,senior professional titles proportion and electronic resources purchase cost have a significant impact on academic libraries service performance. The number of available books,the number of weekly opening hours,the proportion of Ph. D.staff and the proportion of paper resources purchased have little effect on the performance of universities libraries services.
