摘要
近年来,数字资源OLAP(On-line Analytical Processing,联机分析处理)系统的研究与实践,一直是各类图书馆所关注的热点问题之一。文章从数据价值分析角度,首先对高校图书馆实施OLAP价值发掘的网络监测和地址重定向两种方式获取读者资源行为数据利弊分析。其次,提出高校图书馆多源数据决策运营的策略。最后,在以数据价值理论的基础上,归纳出数字资源OLAP系统应具备评估、监测、优化和决策四大功能。并以数据决策为基础,挖掘数据价值开展智慧图书馆的可行性,认为数据价值应用是以读者为中心的服务理念的实践基础。
In recent years,research and practice of digital resources OLAP（ On line Analytical Processing） system has been one of the hot issues be concerned by all kinds of libraries. From the perspective of data value analysis,this paper firstly analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of readers resources behavior data obtained by network monitoring of OLAP value and address redirection implemented by universities libraries,secondly,puts forward the operation strategies of universities libraries＇ multi-source data and finally,on the basis of the data value theory,induces OLAP system should have（ 1） effectiveness evaluation function of resources construction.（ 2） monitoring function of library running status.（ 3） optimization function of literature resources configuration.（ 4） decision function of library management. Based on the data decision to mine the data value to carry out the feasibility of smart libraries holds that value data application is based on the practical basis of readers-centered service concept.
