数字环境下美国高校图书馆校友服务调查与启示

Research on the Alumni Service of American Universities Libraries in the Digital Environment

校友是学校的重要资源,可为学校争取各种社会资源、提升社会声誉及影响力。在数字环境下,高校图书馆通过建立"校友专栏",让校友随时随地获取图书馆资源,推广图书馆校友服务,在促进资源最大化利用的同时,既能满足校友毕业后终身学习的需要,又可让图书馆在广泛的社会关联中提高自身影响力。美国高校图书馆校友服务具有丰富的经验,文章通过对美国大学综合排名前100所的高校图书馆进行网络调研,针对其数字环境下开展的校友服务内容、形式等方面调查分析,为我国高校图书馆开展数字环境下的校友服务提供启示。

Alumni are important resources,which could bring various social resources and enhance the social prestige and influence for the university. In the digital environment,university library introduces ＂ alumni column＂ in order to make alumni get library resources from anywhere and promote library alumni services,which not only promotes the maximum utilization of resources,but also meet the alumni＇s lifelong learning needs after graduation and improve library＇s influence in wider social association. The alumni service of American university libraries has wealth experience,by web research of top 100 American universities libraries,this article makes investigation and analysis on alumni services carried out in the digital environment and proposes improvement suggestions for the academic libraries in China.
