高校青年教师教学与科研协同发展面临的困境及消解 被引量:9

摘要 高校青年教师既是教学的主力军,又是科研的新生力量。如何协调好教学与科研的关系,找到二者之间的平衡点,是提升高校青年教师职业价值感和职业幸福感的关键所在。高校青年教师教学与科研协同发展面临着一些困境,例如,教学成果评价与科研成果评价不相同、教学时间与科研时间分配不均衡、教学能力与科研能力发展不同步、职称晋升与职业发展之间不协调等。对此,可以采取诸如以下措施加以改善:实施职称评审制度分类管理,建立健全长效考核激励机制;优化教育生态环境,打造青年教师发展共同体;促进青年教师自我觉醒,树立正确的教学科研观等。 Young college teachers are not only the main force in teaching,but also the new force in scientific research. How to coordinate the relationship between teaching and research,and strike the balance between the two are the key to enhancing the young college teachers' sense of career value and professional well-being. There are some difficulties in the coordinated development of teaching and research among young college teachers. For example,the evaluation of teaching achievement is different from the evaluation of scientific research results,the distribution of teaching time and research time is not balanced,the teaching ability is not synchronized with scientific research ability,and the job title promotion is out of line with career development and so on. In this regard,we can take the following measures to solve it,such as,implementing the classification management of the evaluation system of professional titles,establishing and perfecting the long-term incentive mechanism of assessment,and optimizing the educational ecological environment and building a community for the development of young teachers,and promoting the self-awakening of young teachers and establishing correct concepts of teaching and scientific research.
