摘要
将从废弃烟用滤棒中回收的二醋酸纤维素(RCA)与纯二醋酸纤维素(CA)切片按质量比1∶1混合,采用干法纺丝工艺进行共混纺丝,制得RCA/CA共混纤维,对RCA/CA共混纤维的力学性能、截面异形度及其在卷烟中的应用效果进行了研究,并与纯CA纤维进行了比较。结果表明:RCA/CA共混纤维的线密度为3.62 c N/dtex,断裂强度为1.149 c N/dtex,面积异形度为55.62%,径向异形度为72.19%,均与纯CA纤维无明显差异;由RCA/CA共混纤维制得的滤棒硬度为85.8%,圆周为24.07 mm,圆周误差为±0.2 mm,其物理参数指标满足现有滤棒参数要求;由RCA/CA共混纤维制得的滤棒应用在卷烟中对各常规烟气指标无明显影响,且可一定程度地改善烟气的柔和性。
The recycled cellulose diacetate (RCA) from the waste cigarette filter rod was blended with pure cellulose acetate (CA) chip at the mass ratio of 1 1 and was spun into RCA/CA blend fiber via dry spinning process. The mechanical properties, degree of profile of cross section and the application effect of RCA/CA blend fiber in cigarette were studied and compared with those of pure CA fiber. The results showed that the RCA/CA blend fiber exhibited the linear density of 3.62 dtex, breaking strength 1.149 cN/dtex, degree of profiled area 55.62% and radial degree of profile 72.19%, which showed no obvious difference as compared with those of pure CA fiber; the filter rods of RCA/CA blend fiber possessed the hardness of 85.8%, circumference 24.07 mm, circumferential error ±0.2 mm and the physical index satisfying the parameters requirement of filter rod; and RCA/CA blend fiber had no obvious effect on conventional smoke index and improved the softness of smoke in some extent while applied in filter rods.
