熔纺氯化聚氯乙烯纤维的制备及性能研究(英文) 被引量:3

摘要 以邻苯二甲酸二辛酯(DOP)和邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(DBP)的混合物作为增塑剂,与其他添加剂一起加入到氯化聚氯乙烯(CPVC)粉末中,搅拌,混合均匀;混合物经熔融纺丝成功制备了CPVC纤维。采用扫描电镜和X射线衍射表征了CPVC纤维的表面形态和结晶性能,并测量了CPVC纤维的力学性能、耐热性、阻燃性和耐化学腐蚀性。结果表明:熔纺CPVC纤维呈圆柱形,熔纺过程中CPVC结晶度有所提高;CPVC纤维的断裂强度、断裂伸长率和线密度分别为0.53 cN/dtex,40.1%和952 dtex;CPVC纤维难燃,在酸性溶液中表现出更好的耐化学腐蚀性。 Chlorinated polyvinyl chloride (CPVC) fiber was successfully prepared by powder incorporated with some additives and a mixture of dioctyl phthalate (DOP) and via melt spinning process. The surface morphology and crystallization properly of CPVC stirring and uniformly blending CPVC dibutyl phthalate (DBP) as plasticizer fiber were characterized by scanning electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction. The mechanical properties, heat resistance, flame resistance and chemical corrosion resistance of CPVC fiber were evaluated. The results showed that the shape of CPVC fiber was cylinder, the custallinity of CPVC rose in some degree during the melt spinning process, and its breaking strenglh, were 0. 53 cN/dtex, 40. 1% and 952 dtex, respectively; CPVC fiber was hard to be chemical corrosion resistance, especially in acid solution. elongation at break and linear densily burned and had good performance of chemical corrosion resistance, especially in acid solution.
