海南省工业企业污泥处理处置现状研究

Industrial Sludge Treatment and Disposal in Hainan Province

文章采用实地调研与典型样点采样分析相结合的方式,对海南省工业企业污泥产生、处理、处置现状进行了对比分析。结果表明,海南省污泥产生量主要集中在两家大型企业,占比92.14%,其他中小型企业产生量仅占7.86%。自然干化为主要的污泥脱水工艺,使用率为40%。处置方式目前主要以处理后农用和委托危险废物专业公司处置两种方式为主。存在的问题主要为中小型企业污泥处理设施有待完善,部分企业污泥资源化利用中粪大肠菌群值过低,污泥成分缺少检测。建议海南省应根据各地区工业污泥泥量与泥质特点,加快出台集中处理处置的中长期专项规划方案。

In this paper,the production,treatment and disposal of sludge from industrial enterprises in Hainan Province were investigated via a field investigation of 31 typical industrial enterprises and samples analysis of 5 typical industrial enterprises. The results showed that sludge production of two large-scale industrial enterprises accounted for 92. 14% of the total amount,while only 7. 86% of the total was discharged by small and medium-size enterprises. The main sludge treatment technique was natural drying with the utilization rate of 40%. Agricultural use after treatment and entrusting disposal were the two main methods for sludge disposal in Hainan Province. Sludge treatment facilities in small and medium-scale enterprises needed further improvement. The value of fecal-coliform bacteria was relative low in the sludge reused by some enterprises and sludge from some enterprises was utilized without composition detection. Therefore,medium and long-term special planning programs for central disposal of sludge should be issued ASAP in Hainan Province according to the quantity and characteristics of industrial sludge in each area.
