MACC1蛋白在胃癌组织中的表达以及与5-Fu为主方案化疗疗效的相关性

Expression of MACC1 Protein In Gastric Cancer and its Relationship with Efficacy of 5-Fu Based Chemotherapy

目的探讨结肠癌转移相关基因-1(MACC1)蛋白在胃癌组织中的表达以及与5-氟尿嘧啶(5-Fu)为主方案化疗疗效的关系。方法选取2016年1月-2018年1月我院病理科保存的胃癌组织标本68例,同时选取癌旁组织作为对照,采用免疫组化染色检测MACC1蛋白表达。结果胃癌组织MACC1蛋白阳性表达比例为70.59%,明显高于癌旁组织(P<0.05);中低分化、有淋巴结转移和TNM分期Ⅳ期患者MACC1蛋白阳性表达率分别为86.36%、83.33%和94.74%,明显高于高分化、无淋巴结转移和Ⅲ期患者(P<0.05);MACC1蛋白阴性患者化疗疗效明显优于MACC1蛋白阳性表达患者(P<0.05),其完全缓解(CR)+部分缓解(PR)比例达到55.00%;MACC1蛋白阳性表达患者中位无进展生存时间和总体生存时间分别为7个月和12个月,明显低于MACC1蛋白阴性表达患者(P<0.05)。结论 MACC1蛋白在胃癌组织中的高表达与临床病理特征具有一定的相关性,同时与5-Fu为主方案化疗疗效及患者预后有关。

Objective To investigate the expression of metastasis associated colon cancer gene-1（ MACC1） in gastric cancer and its correlations with the efficacy of 5-fluorouracil（ 5-Fu） based chemotherapy. Methods Between January 2014 and January 2015,68 specimens of gastric cancer tissues preserved in the Department of Pathology of our hospital were selected,while the para cancerous tissue was selected as the control. The expression of MACC1 protein was detected by immunohistochemical staining. Results The positive expression rate of MACC1 protein in gastric cancer tissues was 70.59%,which was significantly higher than that in adjacent tissues（ P〈0.05）. The positive rates of MACC1 protein expression in patients with middle and low differentiation,lymph node metastasis and TNM stage Ⅳ were 86.36%,83.33% and 94.74% respectively,which were significantly higher than in patients with high differentiation,no lymph node metastasis and stage Ⅲ（ P〈0.05）. The chemotherapy efficacy of ACC1 negative patients was significantly better than that of MACC1 positive patients（ P 0.05）,and the percentage of complete response and partial response（ CR＋PR） was 55.00%. The median survival time and total survival time of patients with MACC1 protein positive expressions were 7 months and 12 months respectively,which were significantly shorter than those of MACC1 negative expression patients（ P〈0.05）.Conclusion MACC1 protein is highly expressed in gastric cancer tissues,which is related to the clinicopathological features,the efficacy of 5-Fu based chemotherapy and the prognosis of patients.
