Research on personal information protection in big data era

对大数据时代个人隐私信息安全现状进行了系统分析,指出了网络平台公司依靠数据信息收集利用实现快速发展与个人信息保护之间的矛盾,提出了从政府立法规范和运用区块链技术两个方面解决问题的建议。

This paper systematically analyzes the status of personal privacy information security in the era of big data,and points out that network platform companies rely on the collection and utilization of data information to achieve the contradiction between rapid development and the protection of personal information, and puts forward some suggestions to solve the problems form the government＇s legislative norms and the application of block chain technology.
