基于计划行为理论的大城市涉密人员行为研究

Research on confidential personnel behaviors in big cities based on theory of planned behavior

研究以大城市涉密人员为研究对象,基于计划行为理论,构建了涉密人员保密行为模型。利用调查问卷,从某市10家涉密单位收集数据,采用偏最小二乘路径建模方法分析数据,验证研究模型。结果表明计划行为理论模型适用于研究涉密人员保密行为,保密态度、主观规范和知觉行为控制通过保密行为意向的中介作用间接正向影响保密行为,知觉行为控制直接正向影响保密行为。根据这些结果,涉密单位可以有重点的制定保密工作制度,从而有效地促进涉密人员的保密行为。

This paper takes confidential personnel as the research object to construct the model of confidential behavior of confidential personnel, basing on the theory of planned behavior. Using questionnaires, data were collected from 10 confidential units in X City and partial least-squares path modeling method was used to analyze the data to verify the research model. The results show that the theory of planned behavior is suitable for studying the security behaviors of confidential personnel. The attitude of confidentiality, subjective norms and perceived behavioral control indirectly and positively affect the confidential behavior through the intermediary role of confidential intention. Perceived behavioral control directly affects the confidential behavior. According to these results, the units in charge of state secrets can make a focus on the establishment of a system of security work, so as to effectively promote security behaviors of confidential personnel.
