党的十九大新意迭出,十九大报告更是体大而虑周,展示出全党初心担使命、思想启征程的自觉,强调民族复兴需要文化自信,社会主义核心价值观是当代中国精神的集中体现,凝结着中国人民共同的价值追求,提出培养担当民族复兴大任的时代新人,这就是明确新时代立德树人的价值方位。因此,高等教育以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导,让社会主义核心价值观的理论逻辑与中国社会转型发展的历史逻辑、培养时代新人的教育实践逻辑相统一,从破解社会转型的动因处找思路根据,立足大学生生活实际转化核心价值观理念,破立结合才能增强说服力和针对性,克服惯于"两张皮"脱节的说教,用主旋律和正能量引导青年大学生发扬当代中国精神,激发担当民族复兴大任的现实关怀与价值追求。

There are many new ideas of the 19th National Congress of CPC, and the report of the 19th National Congress is considerable, showing the confidence that the Communists bearing the mission of the first heart and the start the journey of the mind. National rejuvenation needs cultural confidence, and the Socialist core values are the centralization of contemporary Chinese spirit, condensing the common pursuit of value of the Chinese people. Only the consciousness of the value can build the common spiritual home for the nation and provide road signs for the growth of young college students. Therefore, the new thoughts must be the guidance when the universities fostering the talents. We must combine the theoretical logic of the socialist thought with Chinese characteristics in the new era of Xi Jinping with the historical logic of the development of China＇s social transformation and the practical logic of the cultivation of the socialist core value system; find the basis and ideas from the reasons of breaking the social transformation; base on the actual transformation of the core values of College Students＇ life. The cultivating of the core values of socialism is helping the young college students to boost Chinese spirit and cultivate the successors of the times bearing the responsibilities of the great rejuvenation of the nation.
