摘要
为提高长输供热直埋弯管应力分析的精度,采用管单元与实体单元结合建模的方法,分别建立管单元模型与实体单元模型,将管单元模型计算得到的热位移结果作为边界条件施加在实体单元模型上以分析应力。同时考虑到ANSYS应力分析过程中存在建模过程繁琐、分析效率低等问题,利用C++对ANSYS进行二次开发。结果表明,利用这种建模方式得出的结果比弹性抗弯铰解析法得出的结果更加精确,开发出的软件操作简单,提高了分析的效率。
To improve the long distance heating direct buried pipe bend stress analysis accuracy,using the pipe unit and entity unit model,the model of pipe unit and entity unit are respectively established,and the thermal displacement results obtained by the calculation of the pipe unit model are applied as boundary conditions to analyze the stress in the physical unit model.Considering the problems in the process of the stress analysis of ANSYS,such as the tedious process of modeling and the low efficiency of analysis,the second development of ANSYS is carried out by C+ +.The results show that the results obtained by using this modeling method are more accurate than those obtained by elastic bending hinge analysis.The software is easy to operate and improve the efficiency of analysis.
