摘要 约翰·哈蒂(John Hattie)耗时15年,进行了覆盖8千万人以上的大规模研究,提出可见性学习这一理论,其内涵旨在探讨教育中究竟什么最起作用。本文介绍了可见性学习的兴起与内涵,并通过对一系列影响源的分析和佐证,提出了关于可见性学习实践价值的4点思考,分别是有利于教学反馈的及时进行,促使翻转学习的发展与完善,有助于学生自我学习策略的使用和提升以及促进教师和行政人员的合作。 John hardy(John Hattie) spent 15 years,who carried out a large scale study which covering more than 8 million people and put forward the theory of visibility study. Its connotation is to explore what works best in education. This paper introduces the appearance and connotation of visibility,through the analysis of a series of influence sources and evidences,put forward four thinking waysabout the practice value of visibility study. Respectively are: it is of great benefit to the timely implementation of teaching feedback; it is good for the development and improvement of flipped learning; it can help students use and promote their self-learning strategy; and facilitate the cooperation between teachers and administrators.
