教学研究型大学教科研一体化协同育人机理研究

Study on the Mechanism of Co-education of Teaching and Scientific Research in Teaching and Research University

教学研究型大学重在以教育教学过程的问题导向促使教学与科研两相宜,以学科内容体系建设的"术语革命"倒逼教学手段革新;以教材内容体系建设的"鲜活实例"驱动教学内容创新;以主客体普遍参与的"师生互动体验"提升教育教学效果;以教科研一体化成果的"有益补充"实现协同育人体制、机制的创新。探究新时期教学研究型大学教学与科研的深层交互关系,梳理科研促进教学实践过程中存在的问题,分析其主要影响因素,探讨可循途径,设计有效方案,能够从制度层面破解科研促进教学的发展瓶颈,从而培育高素质的综合型创新人才。

During the process of teaching and learning. The teaching and research university should be focused on the＂problem orientation＂,which promotes teaching and learning. And it also should be forced to innovate the teaching methods by ＂terminology revolution＂of construction of the subject content system; Driven by ＂living example＂of teaching material content system; improved the effect of teaching by the ＂interactive experience＂of teachers and students,which means the subject and object all participate in learning process.Realized by the innovation of the mechanism of co-education by the ＂beneficial supplement＂of the integrated achievements of teaching scientific research. To further probe into the deep interaction between teaching and scientific research in the new period,we need to combine the practical problems in the process of scientific research. To solve problems in teaching practice,we need to combine the practical problems; to analyze the main factors; to explore the possible avenues; to design effective solutions. The aim of us is to solve the bottleneck of scientific research and some problems of teaching from the institutional level. Our terminal aim is to cultivate high quality and comprehensive innovation talents.
