摘要
培养高素质的青年人才是全球气候变化背景下大学的一个重要使命。当前,气候变化给人类社会带来了前所未有的冲击,为应对气候变化的危机,我们需要培养高素质的青年人才,因此对大学人才培养模式提出了新的挑战。基于这样的背景,我国大学应主动进行人才培养模式的改革,通过更新人才培养理念,明确人才培养目标,优化人才培养过程,创新人才培养制度以及完善人才培养评价体系等途径,培育出具有敢于主动创新、善于应对危机、乐于推动变革、勇于大胆质疑、勤于自我反省这五种能力的高素质青年人才,以此适应气候变化背景下的时代需要。
Cultivating High-quality Talent is an important mission of university in an era of global climate change. At present,the climate change has brought the unprecedented impact and many uncertainties to human society. The demand of high-quality talents in an era of global climate change has brought severe challenges to the university talent-training models. Therefore,our country's universities should take the initiative to implement the reform of talent-training models,concentrating on cultivating the high-quality talents who have various abilities,like the activeness of innovation,the powerful response to the crisis,the willingness to promote change,the courage to question and the diligence for self-reflection. To achieve this goal,it is necessary to renew the concept of talent training,definite the positioning of talent training objective,optimize the process of talent training,innovate the institution of talent training and perfect the evaluation system of talent training.
