摘要
以国内多所高校为调查样本,从培养方案入手,运用内容分析法和比较法,对不同层次院校的学前教育专业人才的培养目标、培养规格和课程设置进行分析。建议不同层次院校在培养目标方面应该清楚体现学校层面和专业层面的层次关系;在培养规格方面应该针对本专科层次学生实际特点进行针对性的改进;在课程设置方面建议专业理念模块课程的充实和实践教学体系的完善。本专科层次院校应该在体现特色的基础上,实现各类院校功能的良性竞争和生态共存。
With the methods of content analysis and comparative analysis,the author analyzes the training objectives and training specifications of pre-school education major in different colleges and university. It is suggested that different levels of universities should clearly reflect the hierarchies between the major training objectives and training objectives at the college level in terms of language expression. At the same time,it pays attention to the expression of teachers' educational idea and the perfection of teaching system. Colleges and universities should realize healthy competition and ecological coexistence on the basis of representing itself feature.
