福建省生产性服务业与制造业融合度测算及比较分析

The calculation and comparative analysis on the degree of convergence of producer services and manufacturing industry in Fujian

基于投入产出分析法,采用直接消耗系数和直接分配系数构造产业融合度指标,从纵向角度测度和分析福建省制造业与生产性服务业的融合水平。选择广东、浙江、江苏和山东4个沿海省份作为样本,与福建省进行产业融合度横向比较。研究发现:(1)福建省制造业与传统生产性服务业的融合水平相对较高,与现代知识密集型生产性服务业的融合度相对较低;(2)福建省生产性服务业与资本密集型制造业融合水平相对较高,与劳动密集型和技术密集型制造业的融合水平相对较低;(3)从横向对比来看,福建省制造业与生产性服务业的融合度在5个沿海省份中处于中下游水平。要进一步提升福建省生产性服务业与制造业的融合发展水平,应当加快发展知识密集型生产性服务业,大力发展先进制造业,优化产业空间布局,加强信息基础设施建设。

Based on the input-output method,the degree of convergence of manufacturing industry and producer services in Fujian is estimated and analyzed from the longitudinal angle by the index of industrial convergence based on the direct consumption coefficient and the direct distribution coefficient. The four coastal provinces of Guangdong,Zhejiang,Jiangsu and Shandong were selected as samples to horizontally compare with Fujian. The results are as follows：（ 1） the degree of convergence of manufacturing industry and traditional producer services in Fujian is relatively high,while the degree of convergence of manufacturing industry and modern production knowledge-intensive services is relatively low;（ 2） the degree of convergence of capital intensive manufacturing industry and producer services in Fujian is relatively high,while the degree of convergence of labor-intensive and technology-intensive manufacturing industries and producer services is relatively low;（ 3） the degree of convergence of manufacturing industry and producer services in Fujian is in the middle and lower levels of the five coastal provinces from the perspective of horizontal comparison. To further enhance the degree of convergence of producer services and manufacturing industry in Fujian,the government should apply policies such as accelerating the development of knowledge-intensive producer services,developing the advanced manufacturing industry,optimizing the industrial distribution and strengthening the construction of information infrastructure.
