四川省生态环境与经济协调发展评价与分析研究 被引量:6

Evaluation and Analysis of the Coordinated Development of Ecological Environment and Economy in Sichuan Province

摘要 运用熵权TOPSIS法和耦合协调度模型,选取生态环境系统和经济系统的26项指标,对四川省21个市(州)2006~2015年生态环境与经济耦合情况进行评价。结果表明四川省整体生态环境与经济耦合协调度较低,但总体上向着良性协调方向发展,个别市出现相对下滑趋势;整体耦合协调度在时间上呈现先降后升的趋势,在空间上分布差异较大,耦合协调度较高的是成都、绵阳、攀枝花,较低的是雅安、巴中、达州、甘孜州、阿坝州,耦合协调度较高的区域主要分布在川西地区,耦合较低的区域主要分布在川东北、川中、川南地区,在空间上分布不均衡。通过分析四川省生态环境与经济协调发展时空演变,认为生态滞后与经济滞后都会影响区域经济的发展,并据此提出四川省未来生态与经济协调发展的建议。 Using the entropy weight TOPSIS method and the eoupling eoordination model, 26 indexes of eeologieal environment system and eeononfie system were selected to evaluate the ecological environment and eeononfie coupling of 21 cities in Siehuan province from 2006 to 2015. The results show that the overall ecological environment and eeononfie coupling of Siehuan province are relatively low, but overall goes to the good direction, there are relative decline trend in individual cities. The degree of overall coupling and coordination shows a trend of decline first and then rise with time. There are great differences in spatial distribution. The degree of coupling coordination is higher in Chengdu, Mianyang and Panzhihua. The lower ones are Ya "an, Bazhong, Dazhou, Ganzi and Aba Prefecture. The regions with high coupling and coordination are mainly distributed in Western Siehuan. The low coupling areas are mainly distributed in Northeast Siehuan, central Siehuan and southern Siehuan, and they are not evenly distributed in space. By analyzing the temporal and spatial variation of the coordinated development of the ecological environment and economy in Siehuan Province, it is thought that the lag of the ecosystem and economy will both affect the development of the regional economy. Accordingly, the suggestions for the future coordinated development of ecology and economy of Siehuan were put forward for reference.
