半仿生-微波组合提取金线莲中甾体类活性物质 被引量:2

Exteaction of Steroidal Active Substances in Anoectochilus Roxburghii Using Semi-bionic-microwave-assisted Combination Technique

摘要 用半仿生-微波组合技术研究了金线莲中甾醇的提取方法.工作中,用硫磷铁分光光度法测定甾醇含量,以甾醇提取量作为评价指标,用单因素试验方法分别探讨了溶剂、pH、时间、温度、功率、固液比等对提取甾醇的影响;在单因素试验基础上,通过正交设计优化了pH、温度、时间和固液比等提取条件.结果表明,半仿生-微波组合技术提取金线莲甾醇的最佳提取条件为:90%乙醇溶液、pH 6.0、时间8 min、温度90℃、功率500 W、料液比1:70(g:mL).在最优条件下,金线莲甾醇提取量为26.93 mg/g. The extraction of sterol in Anoectochilus roxburghii was studied by semi-bionic-microwave-assisted extraction combination technique. The extraction amount of sterol was determined by sulfate-phosphate-ferric spectrophotometry, and used as evaluating indexes. The effects of pH, temperature, time, microwave power and solid-liquid ratio on the extraction of sterol were investigated by the single factor experiments. The conditions were optimized by the orthogonal test. The results indicated that the optimum conditions were as follows: pH 6.0, time 8 min,temperature 90℃, power 500 W, solid-liquid ratio 1:70(g:mL).Under optimal conditions, the extraction amount of sterol in Anoectochilus roxburghii can be achieved to 26.93 mg/g.
