应用野生水茄的研究进展

Research Progress on the Application of Wild Solanum Torvum Sw

野生水茄属于茄科茄属,为多年生直立灌木,用途广泛,极具开发价值.本文综述了野生水茄在药用功效,食品开发,茄子嫁接栽培,茄子抗病育种与植物源杀菌剂研制,园林绿化等五个方面的应用研究概况.为了更全面和合理地应用野生水茄,对野生水茄的进一步开发利用研究进行了展望.

Solanum torvum is a perennial shrub that belongs to the genus Solanum of Solanacea with a broad range of applications and huge potential value of development. This review summarizes the application researches of wild Solanum torvum in the following five aspects： food industry, pharmaceutics, gardening and reforestation, breeding and cultivation of eggplants, and plant-sourced germicides. In addition, future prospects of further and more comprehensive exploitation of wild Solanum torvum is analyzed.
