多种运动模式下水下机器人导管螺旋桨的敞水性能研究 被引量:3

摘要 导管螺旋桨具有较大的推进力以及高效的姿态调整功能,能极大地提高水下机器人的推进效率。为了探索水下机器人运行时桨叶的振动、推力的产生和噪声的来源,文中利用计算流体动力学研究了直航、斜航和后退等多种运动模式下导管螺旋桨的推力系数、转矩系数和推进效率等敞水性能,并对螺旋桨弦向压力分布、桨叶表面的压力分布和速度分布分别进行了仿真研究,这些结果对工程实践中导管螺旋桨的选择具有重要的指导意义。 Ducted propellers are characterized by larger propulsion forces and efficient attitude adjustment function, which can greatly improve the propulsion efficiency of underwater vehicles. In order to explore the vibration of the blades, the generation of propeller thrust and the source of the noise on the motion of underwater vehicle with different loads, some open water performances of the ducted propellers such as thrust coefficient, torque coefficient and propulsion efficiency under the condition of straight motion, oblique motion and backward motion are investigated by the application of computational fluid dynamics(CFD) method.Simultaneously, comparisons of chord wise distribution of pressure, whole pressure and flow distribution of propeller blades among multiple motion modes are performed. These results will have a vital guiding role on the choice of ducted propellers in engineering practice.
