炉甘石乳膏中氧化锌含量测定研究

Study on the determination of zinc oxide in Calamine Cream

目的建立紫外-可见分光光度法测定炉甘石乳膏中氧化锌的含量测定方法。方法通过锌离子与锌试剂显色反应生成的化合物,在620 nm波长处测定其吸光度,外标法计算供试品溶液中锌离子的浓度,并与市售炉甘石乳膏中氧化锌的含量进行对比。结果紫外-可见分光光度法测得3批样品中氧化锌的含量分别为106.3、107.2、105.4 mg·g-1,原研产品苯酚含量为104.3 mg·g-1。结论该方法测定简单、准确、重现性好,适用于炉甘石乳膏中氧化锌的含量测定。

Objective To establish a method for the determination of zinc oxide in Calamine Cream by UV-Vis spectrophotometry.Methods A product was used as the reference compound for UV-Vis spectrophotometry that was produced by zinc and zinc reagent,and it was determined at 620 nm.External standard method was adopted for quantification,and the contents of zinc oxide between domestic product and original product in Calamine Cream were compared.Results The contents of zinc oxide in three batches of Calamine Cream were 106.3,107.2,105.4 mg·g-1 and the content of original product was 104.3 mg·g-1.Conclusion The method was simple,accurate and repeatable,which was suitable for the determination of zinc oxide in Calamine Cream.
