有色矿山景观恢复治理的国际案例借鉴与启示

Enlightenment and international case reference of landscape restoration in nonferrous mines

有色矿山的景观恢复治理是改善矿山生态环境、合理利用矿山遗迹资源、实现废旧矿山功能价值的有效途径.通过分析美国、澳大利亚等西方国家在有色矿山景观治理方面的典型案例,总结矿山遗迹资源景观恢复的国际经验,并对我国废旧矿山的景观治理现状进行了简要梳理,分析了我国在矿山景观恢复方面存在的问题,认为目前我国的矿山景观恢复建成项目存在特色不明显和景观形式单一化等问题,最后从宣传力度、法律政策、原始景观利用、景观形式以及技术水平5个方面对我国有色矿山的景观恢复治理提出建议与对策.

The recovery and treatment of landscapes in nonferrous mine is an effective way to improve the ecological environment of the mines by making rational use of mine relics and realizing the functional value of the abandoned mines. On the basis of analyzing the typical cases of non-ferrous mine landscape governance in some Western countries, such as the United States and Australia, we summarized the international experience of mine relic resources landscape restoration. The present situation of landscape management of waste mines in China was briefly reviewed. Then we analyzed the problems in the mine landscape restoration in China. The results show that China＇s mine landscape reconstruction projects have the following disadvantages： lack of distinguishing features and single landscape form. At last, this paper put forward suggestions and countermeasures for landscape restoration and management of nonferrous mines in China from the aspects of publicity, legal policy, original landscape use, landscape form, and technical level.
