我国一类疫苗不良反应救济机制的政策研究

Policy Research on the Relief Mechanism of Adverse Reactions of First-type Vaccine in China

一类疫苗不良反应的救济机制与公民的切身利益及国家免疫计划有效推进密切相关,我国该机制中所存在的问题日益引起人们的关注;文章梳理了其所存在的问题,如不良反应的认定范围、救济资金的来源等,并建议扩大救济范围,以基金、商业保险为补充,建立合理救济机制。

The relief mechanism of adverse reactions of first-type vaccine is closely related to the vital interests of citizens and the effective promotion of the national immunization plan, and the problems existing in the relief mechanism of adverse vaccine reactions are attracting increasing attention. In this chapter, the existing problems of current relief mechanism in China, such as the identification scope of adverse reactions, the sources of relief funds,etc. are listed. It is also suggested to expand the scope of relief and establish a reasonable relief mechanism supplemented by fund and commercial insurance.
