远程医疗损害责任类型化研究

Research on the Classification of Damage Liability in Telemedicine

远程医疗关联主体多,项目多样,操作复杂,所造成的医疗损害各不相同。本文按照不同侵权主体标准,分别对远程医疗中医疗机构责任、多方侵权责任以及第三方责任进行类型化研究,以期能为远程医疗损害责任归责提供法理基础。

Medical damage caused by telemedicine is different due to its multiple connected subjects, various programs and complex operation. According to different standards of tort subjects, this paper respectively studies the classification of responsibilities of medical institutions, multitort liability and third-party liability in telemedicine,aiming at providing alegal basis for the imputation of liability for damages in telemedicine.
