摘要
目的目的:建立并实施医事法律实践教学与OSCE相结合的评价体系,提高学生批判性思维能力。方法法:以法学专业2014级56人为对照组、2015级56人为试验组,对照组采用传统案例教学法和终结性笔试考核,试验组采用"错案纠错式"模拟法庭教学体系和OSCE评价体系;对照分析据OSCE评价测量表和批判性思维能力测量表(CTDI-CV)。结果:试验组学生课程成绩高于对照组(P<0.05),批判性思维能力得分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:"错案纠错式"模拟法庭教学体系与OSCE评价体系相结合的医事法律实践教学,有助于加强学生专业知识的"医法融合"、提升其批判性思维能力等法律实践综合能力。
Objective: To establish and implement an evaluation system combining medical legal practice teaching with OSCE to improve students' critical thinking ability.Methods: taking 56 law majorsof grade 2014 as the control group and another 56 of grade 2015 as the experimental group, the control group adopted the traditional case teaching method and the summative written examination. The experimental group adopted "error correction" criticalthinking teaching system and OSCE evaluation system. And Conduct comparative analysis according to OSCE assess-ment scale and critical thinking ability scale(CTDI-CV).Results: the results of the experimental group were higher than that of the control group(P〈0.05),and their score of critical thinking ability was higher than the control group(P〈0.05). Conclusion: The combination of "error correction" critical thinking with the evaluation system of OSCE in medical practice teaching is helpful to strengthen theintegration of medical law and professional knowledge of students and enhance their comprehensive legal practice ability such as critical thinking ability.
