不同麻醉方法在经皮肾镜钬激光碎石手术的应用效果观察

The effect of different anesthesia methods in percutaneous nephrolithotomy laser lithotripsy

目的:观察不同麻醉方法在经皮肾镜钬激光碎石手术的应用效果。方法:随机选取100例本院2016年11月至2017年12月收治的行经皮肾镜钬激光碎石手术患者,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组(50例)、观察组(50例)。对照组患者应用连续硬膜外麻醉,观察组患者应用腰麻硬麻外联合麻醉,分析两组临床指标、麻醉效果、术后血流动力学、不良反应发生率。结果:临床指标、术后血流动力学对比显示观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);麻醉效果对比显示观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);不良反应发生率对比显示观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在经皮肾镜钬激光碎石手术患者临床治疗中,应用腰麻硬麻外联合麻醉,既可改善临床指标及术后血流动力学指标,又可提高麻醉效果、降低不良反应发生概率。

Objective：Observed the effect of different anesthesia methods in percutaneous nephrolithotomy laser lithotripsy.Method：Randomly selected 100 patients who underwent percutaneous nephrolithotomy lithotripsy in our hospital from november 2016 to December 2017 were randomly divided into a control group（50 cases）and an experimental group（50 cases）.Continuous epidural anesthesia was applied to patients in the control group and spinal anesthesia combined with external anesthesia was performed in the experimental group.The clinical indicators,anesthetic effect,postoperative hemodynamics,and incidence of adverse reactions were analyzed.Result：The comparison of clinical indexes andpostoperative hemodynamics showed that the experimental group was superior to the control group（P〈0.05）;the comparison of anesthetic effects showed that the experimental group was higher than the control group（P〈0.05）;the adverse reaction rate comparison showed that the experimental group was lower than the controlGroup（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：In the clinical treatment of percutaneous nephrolithotomy holmium laser lithotripsy patients,combined spinal anesthesia combined with external anesthesia can improve the clinical indicators and hemodynamic parameters,but also improve the anesthetic effect and reduce the probability of adverse reactions.Worthy of clinical application.
