摘要
利用河道淤沙和工业废渣制造河道抢险用大体积生态块石用于替代天然石材,减少开山采石,有利于保护生态环境,且具有成本低、尺度大、稳定性好等特点,是河道抢险用天然石料可靠有效的替代材料。结合近年来国内外在利用河道泥砂制造人工备防石方面的实践与探索,利用当地原材料配合专用激发剂,通过大量室内压实试块的强度检测来优化材料配方,并根据抢险要求设计块石模具,利用现有挤压成型机械研制块石成型机械,建成大体积生态块石生产线,并试生产大体积生态块石2 000余m^3。
The large volume ecological stone for river rescue manufactured using river silt and industrial waste residue can replace natural stone,reduce the mountain quarrying and further help to protect environment. In addition,it is characterized by low cost,large scale and good stability. All of this has made it be a reliable and efficient alternative material for natural stone. Combining the practicing and exploring for making artificial stone by using river silt at home and abroad in recent years,vast strength detections for indoor compaction specimen were used to optimize material formula with local raw materials and special activator. A production line was completed based on stone mold designed according to the emergency requirement and stone forming mechanical developed according to the investigation for existing extrusion machinery,2 000 m^3 large volume ecological stone were then made.
