摘要
为了对大型液压启闭机油缸摇摆架进行计算分析,考虑摇摆架空间效应、油缸铰轴与摇摆架轴孔壁曲面分布传载、摇摆架铰轴与固定支座圆孔曲面滑动接触,分别研究了这3个因素对摇摆架应力与变形的影响。计算结果表明,这3个因素对摇摆架的应力和变形有一定影响,现行《水电水利工程启闭机设计规范》中的简化计算存在不足。结合固体力学基础理论定量给出了油缸铰轴孔的压力分布规律及油缸摇摆架整体计算方法,结合工程实际给出了具体算例,为后续设计提供借鉴和参考。
In order to calculate and analyze the oil cylinder swinging rack of large hydraulic hoist,in which the spatial effect of the swinging rack,curved surface distribution load between the hinged shaft of Oil cylinder and the hole wall of the swinging rack,circular hole surface slide contact between the hinged shaft of the swinging rack and the hole wall of the fixed bearing were considered,and the effects of these 3 factors on the stress and deformation of the swinging rack were studied respectively. The results show that the 3 factors have a certain influence on the stress and deformation of the swinging rack,which indicates the shortage of simplified calculation of the design code for the hydraulic hoist for water and hydropower projects.According to the basic theory of solid mechanics,a quantitative pressure distributing disciplinarian on the hole wall of the Oil cylinder and the calculation method of the swinging rack whole are given,and a concrete example is given in combination with the engineering practice,which provides reference for future design.
