金属网格辅助下经皮椎弓根螺钉内固定术治疗胸腰椎骨折的临床效果

摘要 目的观察金属网格辅助下采用经皮微创内固定技术在胸腰椎骨折中的治疗效果。方法选择我院2013年6月~2017年8月在金属网格辅助下采用经皮微创椎弓根钉内固定术治疗胸腰椎骨折且有完整随访资料的25例患者,观察术前及术后的Cobb角、椎体高度比、VAS评分变化,并按照改良Macanb标准评价疗效。结果 25例患者术后的Cobb角、VAS评分及椎体高度比均较术前明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);采用改良Macanb标准进行评价,其中优15例,良8例,可2例,差0例,优良率为92%。结论金属网格辅助下经皮椎弓根螺钉内固定技术简化了手术操作,治疗效果满意,值得临床广泛推广。 Objective To observe the clinical effect of metal grid assisted percutaneous pedicle screw internal fixation in the treatment of thoracolumbar fractures.Methods From June 2013 to August 2017,25 patients with complete follow-up data of thoracolumbar fractures treated with metal grid assisted pedicle screw fixation were selected.The Cobb angle,vertebral height ratio and VAS score were observed before and after operation,and the efficacy of all patients was evaluated according to the modified Macanb standard.Results The Cobb angle,VAS score and vertebral body height ratio of 25 patients were significantly improved after operation,compared with before operation(P 〈0.01).The modified Macanb standard was excellent in 15 cases,good in 8 cases,fair in 2 cases and poor in 0 cases.The excellent and good rate was 92%.Conclusion The metal grid assisted percutaneous pedicle screw internal fixation simplifies the operation,and the treatment effect is satisfactory,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
