心脏冠状动脉内支架治疗急性心肌梗死的效果

Effect of coronary stent in the treatment of acute myocardial infarction

目的探讨心脏冠状动脉内支架治疗急性心肌梗死的临床效果。方法选取2015年6月~2017年12月我院收治的60例急性心肌梗死患者作为研究对象,采取双盲随机原则分为两组,每组各30例。对照组接受常规药物溶栓治疗,分析组接受心脏冠状动脉内支架手术治疗,比较两组患者的临床效果,并观察分析组的术后恢复效果。结果两组治疗前的心率、血压水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);经治疗后,分析组患者的心率与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),分析组患者的收缩压与舒张压明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);分析组治疗后的冠心病冠脉造影(TIMI)血流分级总优良率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心脏冠状动脉内支架治疗急性心肌梗死患者具有较好的效果,有利于改善患者的心率、血压水平,恢复心功能与心脏正常血流,具有临床推广应用价值。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of coronary stent in the treatment of acute myocardial infarction.Methods From June 2015 to December 2017,60 cases of patients with acute myocardial infarction treated in our hospital were selected as the research object,and divided into two groups by the principle of double blind,30 cases in each group.The control group accepted routine drug thrombolysis treatment,the analysis group treated for a heart coronary artery stents.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared,and the postoperative recovery effect of the analysis group were observed.Results There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in heart rate and blood pressure level before treatment（P〉0.05）.After treatment,there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in heart rate（P〉 0.05）.The systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in analysis group was obviously lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P 〈0.05）.After treatment,the total excellent rate of coronary angiography（TIMI） blood flow grading in the analysis group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Heart coronary artery stents in patients with acute myocardial infarction（MI） has good effect,can reduce heart rate and blood pressure levels,improve patients restore normal blood flow to the heart heart function,which has clinical application and dissemination value.
