品管圈在阑尾切除围术期无痛病房管理中的应用效果

Application effect of quality control circle in painless ward management during perioperative period of appendectomy

目的探讨品管圈在阑尾切除围术期无痛病房管理中的应用效果。方法将2017年1~12月在我院行阑尾切术手术治疗的160例患者按照入院时间顺序进行分组,其中将2017年1~6月的80例患者作为对照组,采用常规护理方案;将2017年7~12月的80例患者作为观察组,采用品管圈管理方案。比较两组患者的疼痛知识评分,术后8、24、48 h的VAS评分、下床活动时间及对镇痛服务满意度。结果观察组干预后的疼痛知识评分和对镇痛管理的总满意率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组术后8、24、48 h的VAS评分均低于对照组,术后下床活动时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论品管圈可有效提升阑尾切除围术期无痛病房的管理水平,减轻术后疼痛感,提高患者对镇痛的满意度,在临床值得进一步推广。

Objective To explore the application effect of quality control circle in painless ward management during perioperative period of appendectomy.Methods All of 160 cases treated by appendectomy in our hospital from January to December in 2017 were divided into two groups according to the order of admission time.Among them,80 patients from January to June in 2017 were set up as the control group,and the group was given the routine nursing program.80 patients from July to December in 2017 were set up as the observation group,and the group was given quality control circle program.The score of pain knowledge,VAS score after 8,24,48 h operation and out of bed activity time and the satisfaction degree with analgesia service were compared in patients between the two groups.Results The score of pain knowledge and the total satisfaction rate with the management of analgesia in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The VAS scores after 8,24,48 h operation in the observation group was lower than those of the control group,and out of bed activity time in the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The quality control circle can effectively improve the management level of the painless ward in appendectomy,relieve postoperative pain and improve the patients′ satisfaction degree with pain relief.It is worth further promoting in clinic.
