协同护理与功能锻炼对类风湿关节炎患者生活质量及自理能力的作用分析

Effect of cooperative nursing and functional exercise on quality of life and self-care ability of rheumatoid arthritis patients

目的探讨协同护理与功能锻炼对类风湿关节炎(RA)患者生活质量及自理能力的作用。方法选取2016年6月~2017年6月我院收治的88例RA患者,按照不同护理方法将其分为对照组与观察组,每组44例。对照组实行常规护理,观察组实行协同护理与功能锻炼,比较两组患者护理后的生活质量、自理能力以及护理满意度。结果两组患者护理前的GQOLI-74评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组患者护理后的GQOLI-74评分高于护理前,且观察组患者的GQOLI-74评分明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者护理前Barthel指数评分的比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组患者护理后的Barthel指数评分均高于护理前,且观察组患者的Barthel指数评分明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的护理总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论协同护理与功能锻炼在RA患者临床护理中的应用效果显著,可明显提升患者的生活质量及自理能力,且可提高护理满意度,值得推行。

Objective To explore the effect of cooperative nursing and functional exercise on the quality of life and self-care ability of rheumatoid arthritis（RA） patients.Methods A total of 88 patients with rheumatoid arthritis admitted to our hospital from June 2016 to June 2017 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to different nursing methods,with 44 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing while the observation group was given cooperative nursing and functional exercise.The quality of life,self-care ability and nursing satisfaction of the two groups of patients after nursing were compared.Results There was no significant difference in GQOLI-74 scores between the two groups before nursing（P〉0.05）.The GQOLI-74 scores of patients in the two groups after nursing were higher than those before nursing,and the GQOLI-74 scores of patients in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〉0.05）.There was no significant difference in barthel index score between the two groups before nursing（P〈0.05）.The Barthel index scores of the two groups of patients after nursing were higher than those before nursing,and the Barthel index scores of the patients in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The total satisfaction degree of patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Collaborative nursing care and functional exercise have a significant effects in the clinical nursing care in the patients with rheumatoid arthritis,which can significantly improve the quality of life of patients and self-care ability,and can improve nursing satisfaction.It is worthy of promotion.
