优质护理模式在甲状腺手术患者围术期护理中的应用

Application of high quality nursing model in perioperative nursing of thyroid surgery patients

目的探讨甲状腺手术患者围术期护理中优质护理模式的应用价值。方法选取2016年1~12月我院行甲状腺手术患者38例作为对照组,另选取2017年1~12月我院行甲状腺手术患者38例作为观察组。对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组则以此为前提和基础,加用优质护理干预。比较两组患者的护理满意度,SAS、SDS评分以及总不良反应发生率。结果观察组护理后的总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者护理后的SAS、SDS评分均低于护理前,且观察组患者的SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者护理后的总不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对甲状腺手术患者,将优质护理模式于其围术期护理中应用,对患者不良心理状态的改善、满意度的提升以及降低不良反应发生率均具有重要的价值和作用,因此,可于临床实践中使用推广。

Objective To explore the application value of high quality nursing model in perioperative nursing of thyroid surgery patients.Methods A total of 38 patients undergoing thyroid surgery in our hospital from January to December 2016 were selected as the control group,and 38 patients undergoing thyroid surgery in our hospital from January to December 2017 were selected as the observation group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,while the observation group was given high-quality nursing intervention based on this.The nursing satisfaction,SAS and SDS scores and the incidence of total adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total satisfaction of the observation group after nursing was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The scores of SAS and SDS in the two groups after nursing were lower than those before nursing,and the scores of SAS and SDS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The total incidence of adverse reactions after nursing in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion For patients undergoing thyroid surgeries,the use of high-quality nursing mode in their perioperative care has an important value and role in improving the patient′s bad psychological status,increasing satisfaction,and reducing the incidence of adverse reactions.Therefore,it can be promoted in clinical practice.
