济宁市全面落实河长制的实践与探索

Practice and exploration of comprehensive implementation of the river chief System in Jining

本文介绍了济宁市2017年以来,强力推进和落实河长制各项措施,全力构建工程管理制度体系和监督机制,河湖管理保护工作取得显著成效,水环境治理呈现了新局面。并指出了在河长制工作中存在水环境改善压力大,水环境治理任务繁重的问题。同时提出了河长制工作改进思路。

Various measures has been forcibly advanced and implenlented in Jining since 2017, thereby making all efforts to build an engineering managenlent system and supervision meehanisnl, and river and lake managenlent protection work has achieved remarkable achievement. Water environmental governance has been improved. Problems in implenlentation of the river chief system work are proposed, water environment improvement encounters enormous pressure, and onerous task of water environment management is still heavy. To-be-improved working thought is proposed in view of the problem. Long- term mechanism suitable for the development of water conservancy construction is explored.
