枣庄市全面推行河长制工作进程与问题对策

The working process and countermeasures on implementing the river chief system by Zaozhuang city comprehensively

本文结合枣庄治水管护工作实践,介绍了河长制落实情况,总结了河长制工作的经验和做法,指出了存在的问题。并就建章立制、扩大宣传、人员配备、经费保障、业务提升等方面提出了建议。

Based on the current situation and working practice of water managenlent and protection in Zaozhuang, this paper describes the situation of implenlenting the river chief system, smnmarizes the practices and achievements and experiences, while pointing out the existing drawbacks. This paper puts forward some suggestion from the aspects of establishing system rules and regulations, increasing publicity-, personnel allocation, financial guarantee, and business promotion, etc.
