摘要
本文根据水资源开发利用及水功能需求,结合辽宁省水资源分布实际,将水功能区划设置为3级、13类,分成675个水功能区,并对此开展水质状况评价,为下一步执行最严格水资源管理制度、完善水资源管理体系、细化水功能区划提供参考依据。
Actual distribution of water resources in Liaoning Province is combined according to development utilization and water functional requirements of water resources in the paper. Water functions are divided and set into 3 stages and 13 categories, namely 675 water function areas. Water quality- is evaluated, thereby providing reference for implententing the most stringent water nmnagement system in the future, improving water resources managenmnt system, and refining water function zoning.
