补肾活血中药治疗多囊卵巢综合征导致排卵障碍性不孕30例临床观察

Clinical Observation on Kidney-Tonifying and Blood-Activating Herbs in the Treatment of 30 Patients with Anovulatory Infertility Induced by Polycystic Ovary Syndrome

目的探讨补肾活血中药治疗多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)导致排卵障碍性不孕的临床疗效。方法选取医院2015年1月至2016年2月收治的PCOS导致排卵障碍性不孕患者60例,随机分为中药组和克罗米芬组,各30例。克罗米芬组患者口服克罗米芬治疗,中药组患者予以补肾活血中药加减治疗,3个月为1个疗程,治疗2个疗程。结果中药组患者排卵率为70.00%,克罗米芬组为67.78%,差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.024,P>0.05);中药组妊娠率为63.33%,高于克罗米芬组的33.33%(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者促黄体激素(LH)、降低促卵泡激素(FSH)水平升高(P<0.05),更好地调节了二者的平衡;雌二醇(E2)水平升高,睾酮(T)、垂体泌乳素(PRL)及胰岛素(INS)水平降低(P<0.05),且中药组患者的LH,FSH,T,INS,E2,PRL改善程度显著优于克罗米芬组患者(P<0.05)。结论补肾活血中药治疗POCS所致排卵障碍性不孕疗效显著,可改善患者生殖内分泌水平,提高卵泡质量,提高妊娠率,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficect of kidney- tonifying and blood- activating herbs in the treatment of anovulatot7 infertility induced by polycystic ovat7 syndrome（PCOS）. Methods Totally 60 patients with anovulatot7 infeaility induced by PCOS admitted to our hospital from Januat7 2015 to Februat7 2016 were selected and randomly divided into TCM group and clomiphene group, 30 cases in each group. The clomiphene group was treated with clomiphene, while the TCM group was given kidney-tonifying and blood- activating herbs. 3 months were a course of treatment, the two groups were treated for 2 courses. Results The ovulation rate of the TCM group was 70.00%, and that of the clomiphene group was 67.78%, the difficence was not statistically significant（x2 =0. 024, P 〉 0.05）. The pregnancy rate of the TCM group was 63.33%, which was higher than 33.33% of the clomiphene group（P 〈 0.05）. After treatment, the levels of LH and FSH in the two groups were increased（P 〈 0.05）, and the balance between LH and FSH was better regulated. The levels of E, T, PRL and INS in the two groups were decreased（P 〈 0. 05）, and the improvement of LH, FSH, T, INS, E2 and PRL in the TCM group was significantly better than that in control group（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Kidney-tonifying and blood-activating herbs in the treatment of anovulatot7 infertility induced by POCS has remarkable curative efi^ct, it can improve the levels of reproductive endocrine, improve the quality of ovulatot7 follicles, and improve the pregnancy rate, which is worthy of promotion.
