布拉氏酵母菌散对急性腹泻患儿炎性反应及安全性的影响

Effect of Saccharomyces Boulardii Sachets on Inflammatory Reaction and Safety in Children with Acute Diarrhea

目的探讨布拉氏酵母菌散对急性腹泻患儿炎性反应、疗效及安全性的影响。方法选择医院门诊及住院部收治的急性腹泻患儿120例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(予蒙脱石散)和观察组(予蒙脱石散+布拉氏酵母菌散),各60例。结果治疗1周后,观察组患儿C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素(IL)1、IL-6、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平均显著低于对照组(t=7.38,7.55,7.04,6.93,P<0.05);观察组患儿大便好转时间及止泻时间均显著短于对照组(t=4.38,4.29,P<0.05);观察组退热时间短于对照组,但无统计学差异(t=0.96,P>0.05);治疗1周后,观察组患儿腹泻次数显著少于对照组(t=6.84,P<0.05);观察组总有效率为93.33%,显著高于对照组的80.00%(χ2=8.53,P<0.05);观察组部分患儿的血常规、肝肾功能存在轻度异常,无明显不良症状,多自行恢复,组间安全性评价无显著差异(χ2=0.69,0.83,P>0.05)。结论布拉氏酵母菌散能显著降低急性腹泻患儿的炎性反应,缩短大便好转时间、止泻及退热时间,降低腹泻次数,提高临床疗效,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the effect of Saccharomyces boulardii sachets on inflammatory reaction and safety in children with acute diarrhea. Methods Totally 120 children with acute diarrhea admitted to department of outpatient and inpatient in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the control group（treated with Montmorillonite Powder） and the obsmvation group（treated with Montmo- rillonite Powder combined with Saccharomyces boulardii sachets）, 60 cases in each group. Results After 1 week of treatment, the levels of CRP, IL-1, IL-6, TNF-ot in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group（t=7.38, 7.55, 7.04, 6.93, P 〈 0.05）. The stool improvement time and diarrhea time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group（t =4. 38, 4.29, P 〈 0.05）. The defervescence time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group, but there was no statistical diffirence（t =0. 96, P 〉 0.05）. After 1 week of treatment, the frequency of diarrhea in the observation group was significantly less than that in the control group（t =6. 84, P 〈 0.05）.The total effictive rate of the observation group was 93.33%, which was significantly higher than 80.00% of the control group（xe = 8.53, P 〈 0.05）. Some of the children patients in the observation group had slight abnormalities in blood routine, liver and kidney function without obvious adverse symptoms, and most of them recovered spontaneously, there was no significant difference in safety between the two groups（xe =0.69, 0. 83, P 〉 0. 05）. Conclusion Saeeharomyees boulardii sachets can significantly reduce the inflammatory reaction of children with acute diarrhea, shorten the stool improvement time, antidiarrheal time and defervescence time, antidiarrheal time and defervescence time, reduce the frequency of diarrhea, improve the clinical effect, it is worthy of promotion.
